- Q. I use a 2-4 line standard telephone. Is it still compatible?
- A. Our inventory of MOH modules work with virtually any standard 2-4 line telephone.
- Q. Who writes the scripts?
- A. One of our expert scriptwriters will contact you to find out exactly what you want to say to your callers on hold. Scripts are then faxed or emailed for your approval.
- Q. How often do you recommend changing my message?
- A. We suggest a minimum of four times a year to keep your message fresh. However many businesses change more frequently to maximise their on hold marketing opportunities.
- Q. Do you have different packages available to change the message?
- A. We have several cost-efficient production packages available enabling you to continuously provide new and different information to your callers - a great way to make the most of your on hold marketing campaign!
- Q. Do I own the production?
- A. Yes, for as long as the license is maintained.
